Position Overview

As a Customer Success Representative, you would play a key role in supporting our clients and customers by providing timely assistance, guidance, and solutions. This role centers around ensuring that customers feel heard, valued, and supported while using our products and services. You would serve as the bridge between RSGV and its customers, ensuring smooth communication and positive experiences across all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or internal platforms

  • Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general support

  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent solutions

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary
